They have an inviting atmosphere that I had never experienced walking into other shops. Other shops were a bit rude, impatient and careless. Premium was the polar opposite. They also don't give off that arrogant vibe that you may experience with other artists.

I've gotten 3 fantastic tattoos from Matt Decker over the past 7 years and so excited to get my next one. The first session was a cover up which I waited 20 years to find the right artist to work with. The result was gorgeous vibrant roses with a touch of Old Oakland style that Matt is a maestro at. 7 years later, it is still vibrant as the day I walked out. He tattooed my roller derby team with our logo recently. It was an awesome day at the shop! PLUS, Matt is quick and has a way of making you feel at ease.

Matt Decker did an amazing piece of custom art for me that was far beyond my expectations. His linework is truly incredible. This wasn't my first - and won't be my last - piece of skin art, and Matt's creativity, speed, and artistic abilities definitely stand out from the pack. His shop is also rather clean and the utter lack of annoying attitude is refreshing

I was so impressed when i saw the final design and really loved all of the details and lines that Matt added. It really enhanced the original design in a way i didn't expect but fell in love with. I also appreciated Matt's patience in finding the perfect position for the tattoo…He designed the tattoo super quick, and had me tatted up and ready to go even quicker! I ended up spending less money than I imagined.
